What to email us about

• Questions about Seduh Score, including formats, pricing and running an event.
• Problems using the platform, such as something that does not load or a score that will not save. Tell us the event, the device and what you saw.
• Data requests, including asking us to delete or correct personal data we hold. See the Privacy page.
• A concern about how something was handled. Tell us what happened and where.

If you are a competitor and disagree with a result

Grey Matter does not run your event and cannot change its results. The organiser decides them. Ask the organiser first. They can give you the full record of the event, including every recorded score and every change to it. If you still have a concern about how the platform behaved, email us and we will look into it.
